This grand equestrian property features a remarkable design that’s truly ageless.
Built in 1987, but recently photographed in 2021, this stunning horse barn completed by Old Town Barns has ultimately stood the test of time. Located in Greenwich, Connecticut, the private 16-stall barn is equipped with a tack room, viewing room, indoor arena, grooming stalls, hay storage, bedroom and an office.

Old Town Barns designed and built this barn and was involved in the entire process from the design process, to pulling permits, planning, and all the way through to final steps of completion.
The beautiful stalls are all custom built by Old Town Barns.
Dutch doors offer natural airflow and a chance for the horses to see outside of their stalls.
There is a dedicated area just outside of the barn for a treadmill.
The lush grounds have spacious pastures for turnout.
Barn Interior
The barn is just as stunning on the interior. Inside you’ll find pops of hunter green and matching tack trunks throughout the space.
The main entrance to the barn leads directly to a tack room. Behind the tack room is an entire apartment with an office, bathroom, viewing room with a fireplace and a bedroom. The barn is shaped around a center courtyard with a main cross aisle, and the facility is connected to an indoor riding ring.
Tack Room
The tack room area was intended to be easily accessible, in a more trafficked and visible location as a place where saddles and bridles could be organized neatly and medals and trophies easily visible.
Grooming and Wash Stalls
The wash stall features charming white subway tile and heaters above to help the horse dry off.
Indoor Arena
The 90′ x 200′ indoor arena with dust free footing is conveniently attached to the barn.
A comfortable couch and fireplace offers a nice place to keep an eye on the arena.
