The stud facility surrounds an outdoor dressage arena in the center. There is the main barn, stallion barn, round pen, indoor arena, hay storage, and more.

The spectacular stables are filled with beautiful chandeliers, rugs, and thoughtful details.

The main stable has room for 30 horses and is divided by a central wing. The entire barn was built from local wood and covered with clay tiles to create a comfortable environment. The atmosphere regulates moisture naturally and provides extra insulation from the cold in the winter and summer heat.

The mares and foals live together in herds, naturally. They have box stalls with direct access to sand paddocks. From here, they can wander into the large pastures. The horses are kept together in mixed ages, like they would be in the wild. It’s wonderful for the horses to learn how to interact with the herd and discover hierarchy.

The entire stable, including foaling stalls and pastures have round-the-clock video monitoring. Modern technology will send a text if an error alarm is set off in the pasture. This ensures that the horses are always safe.
