A newly constructed arena is beautiful inside and out.
Situated in Littleton, Massachusetts Quarry View Building Group recently completed this immaculate riding arena for Ambrosia Stables. This sizable project was no small undertaking. Quarry View handled everything from planning the arena location on the land to helping pick up windows and finishes. Everything turned out beautifully.
The arena is 74′ x 152′. It has twenty-one 7′ 6″ wide x 8′ tall windows which allow plenty of natural light to pass through the stunning space. Even on a dark winter day, the arena still feels light and airy. The riding arena is constructed with white pine board and batten siding with a shingled roof.
Sarah Gill of Ambrosia Stables is absolutely thrilled with her new place to ride and how the arena turned out.
“My hope for the indoor was to bring the outside in. I wanted a lot of windows, I wanted a lot of freshness about it. I didn’t want to feel like I was just riding in a box. I wanted to be able to see outside and enjoy the beautiful property we have here.”
The sliding windows offer lots of ventilation, yet the arena’s design makes it to be a quiet place to ride on a windy or rainy day.
The arena is outfitted with GGT-Footing.
Bonus Space
A 36′ x 36′ addition adds a pleasing balance to the arena and can be utilized for storage or a four-stall barn with a wash stall and tack room plus storage or a viewing room in the loft.
