Barn Interior

Inside, the barn has 10 oversized stalls, a wash area, tack room, laundry room, bathroom and a second story viewing area above with a patio. The barn is fancy, but the balanced use of stone, metal and dark wood keeps the ambience warm and welcoming.

Each custom stall is 14′ x 14 with ample ventilation and visibility into each stall situated among stone pillars. The beautiful 16′ ceiling features recessed lighting, 4 dazzling chandeliers at each entrance and fans placed above the stalls for maximizing airflow. The cobblestone aisle is 12′ wide, offering a beautiful contrast against the dark wood ceilings.

The barn has a spacious wash and grooming area equipped with hot and cold water, a fan, ample storage for shampoo, grooming accessories and tack hooks.

Tack Room

The tack room’s grand island has a farm house sink under an elegant light fixture. Custom built-in storage for saddles, pads and accessories matches the island. Gray wainscoting draws your attention to brass bridle hooks.

Barn Office

The well-appointed office has a comfortable couch, impeccable design and a view of the arena outside.

The spacious outdoor arena features synthetic GGT footing and an aesthetically pleasing shape that measures 120′ x 220′.
