Get a glimpse of a stunning Florida polo property.
In Wellington, Florida the equestrian world is thriving. The latest barn tour on Stable Style showcases a world-class farm with top-of-the-line amenities. This lush developed property is just over 5 acres with another 50 acres for practice polo fields and potential future buildings.
The Decorators Unlimited worked hand-in-hand with the architect, In-Site Design Group, and the builder, J5 Construction, to create the overall project vision for the client. They were involved with the majority of the selections inside and out; from paver and brick finishes to the final towel rod and robe hook. They finished their part of the project by supplying furnishings and window treatments for all of the separate living/working spaces.
The project faced a challenging time constraint, which was a large undertaking. The property needed to be ready for polo season and the horse’s arrival. The team at The Decorators Unlimited coordinated the moving parts seamlessly. The client was located overseas, so making sure all parties communicated on an expert level regarding selections and schedules was absolutely necessary. In the end, the finished project turned out better than anyone imagined.
