This amazing before and after miniature transformation is adorable in every way!
Insta gang @jiggyandtubby have a new home, and it’s amazing. Last summer I shared Bethany’s Tuff Shed Tack Room Transformation in Southern California. The pretty project should have been a clue that anything Bethany puts her mind to, along with the help of her father is going to be awesome.
Appropriately named, Miniville – this collection of five old sheds have been transformed into luxury living for equine residents Jiggy, Tubby, Cheeseburger and Pudgy. The fifth shed is now a mini feed and supply room. This small space transformation shows how creativity and hard work can pay off. Bethany attributes Pinterest to helping be a source of inspiration.
Before
Bethany purchased the old sheds with the intention of turning them into individual stalls for the minis to live in.
The first step in the process was to level the ground and bring in the sheds. Then the rubber mats were put down on the floor. Appropriate repairs were made to the sheds along with painting.
Moving the sheds – the entire project took about six months. It involved moving the old sheds to the new location, painting, repairs, modifications, and new additions.
The most challenging part of this project was making sure the turnouts were “Tubby proof”. Bethany’s adorable Miniature Tubby has managed to escape a lot of turnouts, so the fence had to be strong and appropriately spaced.
The Painting
The two paint colors are both by BEHR. Cinnabark was used on the trim and Allure was used for the main shed color.
Custom mini doors were made on each shed.

The stalls all have mini sized automatic waterers, outdoor runs with overhangs and tiny gates. Everything is appropriately sized and adorable!
Here is inside the fifth shed, now used for feed and storage.
The beautiful flower arrangements are fake and will never wilt.
While the project is complete, Bethany plans on planting two Eucalyptus trees in Miniville, which might be another challenge within itself.
