Marvel at the beauty of this arena in Hunt Country.
Recently Quarry View Building Group completed this light-filled indoor arena at Kelvedon Farm in Marshall, Virginia. The white exterior features beautiful James Hardie board and batten siding and is accented with stunning copper topped cupolas and weathervanes. Quarry View handled every aspect of design for this picturesque project.
The sizable structure is carefully situated on the idyllic property.
The arena is covered with high seam textured metal roofing. This lessens the reflectiveness of the metal roofing while helping to prevent (in tandem with a generous amount of snow guards) snow and ice from sliding during the winter.
Inside the Arena
The arena is 80’x216′ with 18′ Cathedral trusses, raising the center area 3′ higher in the middle. This allows the space to have extra height for airiness and clearance for three Big Ass Fans with exceptional air flow.
The interior has a 5′ rider’s guard which is 204′ in length, allowing for 12′ of bonus space. The left side has a raised platform for viewing and the right side has room for storage.
There are 47 glorious 8’x8′ windows along with windows over the dressage mirrors and skylights to provide sweeping views of this breathtaking property, all while you ride. The natural light filled arena is truly exceptional.
Every time a new person enters the arena, they are blown away by the space.
Thank you Quarry View Building Group for sharing this impressive riding arena with Stable Style.
