This horse property in New England is spectacular.
In 2017, Old Town Barns completed this well-planned horse barn and indoor riding arena in Connecticut for their client. The project took seven months to complete and brought the client’s vision for their spacious horse property to life. Together, Dylan Zublin of Old Town Barns and his client selected cedar siding, a metal roof and black vinyl windows and worked together to design a custom 14-stall barn and indoor riding arena. The stable and stalls were intentionally designed without a second floor to allow for optimal air flow and natural light. The materials were carefully planned and chosen for their durability, lending to the barn’s overall modern farm style aesthetic. This barn is beautiful inside and out.
Old Town Barns has over 30 years of experience designing and building custom horse barns and farms. With their expertise and experience, they are able to more easily navigate land laws and rules associated with the permitting process. Old Town Barns handled every aspect of this project within the expected time frame; from obtaining all permits, to designing the buildings and then building them.
The dreamy barn exterior is painted with Benjamin Moore’s Dragon’s Breath from the Classic Color Collection.
