The impressive barn houses two tack rooms, two feed rooms, an office, kitchen, bathroom, client consultation room, indoor wash stall and veterinary room with custom stocks.
Many of the barn’s accessories are from RAMM Horse Fencing & Stalls, including these custom galvanized Nobleman full grill stall fronts with feed doors. The open and well ventilated stalls are one of Susan’s favorite features in the barn.
The 18,000 square-foot facility has 24 stalls lined with HDPE boards made from recycled milk jugs. They are non-porous, easy to wash down and look great. HDPE boards are stronger than traditional wood boards and were selected to help reduce the transmission of bacteria or disease. The stalls also utilize Thurobed Mattresses. The top cover is non-porous so all waist is removed from the stall.
The stalls have 18′ agriculturally rated basket fans which are safe daily use in the barn. All of these add on items were purchased from RAMM along with custom barn window shutters, ventilation grills, dog bone rubber pavers and classic crafted barn hardware.
The kitchen.
Beautiful equestrian art and decor is found throughout the space.
The dutch doors are from RAMM.
Each stall is attached to a 16’ x 12’ run out paddock. Lighthoof Mud Management Panels from RAMM were also installed in the paddocks.
The spacious pastures are safely fenced with RAMM’s 5.25” Flex Fence.
