Allow me to introduce you to Hassler Dressage. Hassler Dressage resides at Riveredge, a 600 plus acre equestrian property in Chesapeake City, Maryland. This stunning property was designed by B&D Builders and John and Leslie Malone. Riveredge was purchased in 2007 by Leslie and John Malone, it was previously a Thoroughbred breeding farm.

Describe your stables in one word.
Austin: Astonishing
Inside the property there are a total of 29 14’ X 14’ stalls and a total of 9 wash stalls. There is one hay/ forage storage room, one straw/ bedding room, one feed room, one tack room, a total of 6 bathrooms, aqua pacer/ therapy room, a break room/ kitchen, a covered screened lounge room, an office, washer and dryer room. Large indoor arena, outdoor arena, 3 lunging paddocks, half mile dressage track. The clubhouse has a large dining area and bar, kitchen, hearth room, meeting/ conference room, upstairs is a lecture hall, a classroom, and an additional 6 cubicle office. Details like copper rain gutters and rain chains can be found on the barn.

What is one of your favorite features about the barn and/or property?
Austin: My favorite feature of this barn is the covered trailer loading area and the magnificent indoor arena!
