Alexandra Jackson is the woman behind the Instagram account @bainbridgeislandridingschool. Bainbridge Island Riding School is located in the Pacific Northwest in Washington.
Three of her favorite Instagram accounts to follow include: Tad Coffin Saddles, Dubarry of Ireland, and Barbour.
“Our equestrian style is based on excellent quality and what is best for the horse. We love using products and decorations in our stables that are classic and complement the horse rather than compete with it,” Alexandra said. “Our riders keep to a traditional and pretty style which we feel honors the sport and the rider.”
Alexandra’s husband is from the English countryside and she embraces a little bit of British style as well.
The tack room at the riding school stays neat and orderly.
Design is in the details and carries over in styling here. Horse head hooks are used to hang up the bridles.
A plaid couch in the tack room is a comfortable place to crash after a lesson or long day at the barn.
Rain coats and extra jackets are on hand – you never know when rain will hit in Washington.
Neat and organized bridles and halters.
Thank you Alexandra for giving us a glimpse into your equestrian lifestyle. Be sure to follow her on Instagram for more inspiration. All photographs were originally posted on Instagram.
