More than a barn, this property serves as a thoughtfully designed destination for horse and rider alike. Its classic gambrel-style exterior, painted a refined shade of blue with white accents, evokes both tradition and sophistication. Just beyond the main barn doors lies a large riding arena paired with a climate-controlled viewing area—an inviting space where guests can observe training in comfort throughout the year.
Barn Interior

Tim and Samantha’s beautiful brand new blue barn features a variety of components from American Stalls including their kit sliding stall systems, privacy stall partitions, interlocking rubber mats, dutch glass windows, and Stall Mattresses.

Inside, the barn’s warm wooden finishes set the tone for a thoughtfully designed space featuring six custom kit sliding stall systems. Each includes a sliding stall door with French yoke, pin latch, blanket bar, and ventilated grillwork panels.

The aisle is finished with interlocking rubber mats for superior traction and comfort.

Every stall is fitted with a Stall Mattress for equine wellness and equipped with mounted stall fans to promote steady airflow. Illuminated by energy-efficient LED lighting, the barn achieves a perfect balance of comfort and functionality.

Full privacy stall partitions offer peace and security for the horses, strengthened by wall stiffeners and U-channels to ensure lasting stability.
