High ceilings and impressive chandeliers command your attention from the moment you walk inside this well-appointed barn.
This luxury equestrian property in Texas was designed and built by Clayton Boyd Luxury Barns in five short months. Inside, the barn has 8 spacious 14′ x 14′ stalls, a tack room, feed, tractor, shavings and hay storage. The barn’s comfortable living space includes a lounge with a full kitchen, bathroom and primary bedroom viewing the covered arena. A matching house is also on the grounds along with a two-stall matching mini barn, bringing the stall count up to 10. The extra stalls are perfect for overnight visitors or quarantining new horses brought on the property.

The 25′ ceiling features recessed lighting, exposed beams and 4 unique chandeliers hanging throughout the barn.
Beautiful stonework and off white walls opposing the barn’s stalls offer a nice contrast against the dark wood.
The wash stall with hot and cold water has matching stone and cohesively continues the look.
The barn is functional and comfortable. Across from this sink is a bathroom and powder room.
Covered Arena
A walkway to the covered arena off the barn makes it easy to access in any weather.
The arena is 100′ x 225′.
Outdoor Runs
The matted outdoor runs are 15′ x 30′.
