This dreamy property in Virginia is paradise for horses and their owners.
Gantsoudes Farm was completed in 2015 by King Barns. The 8-stall barn has a tack room, wash stall, feed room, grain room, laundry and half bath. It’s attached to a spectacular 70′ x 200′ indoor arena on the long side of the barn. Additionally there is a two bedroom, two bathroom apartment on the gable side of the barn so the owners happily live right by their horses.
The front of the barn.
This is where the owner’s apartment is located on the side of the barn. Living on the same property as your horses is a treat, and being this close is even better!
The barn has eight King “Monarch” Euro stalls, allowing for plenty of airflow and social interaction between the horses. Each stall has access to small individual paddocks off the back of the barn.
The storage situation in this barn is an equestrian’s dream. Across from the stalls are custom-made, built-in tack trunks and storage cabinets. They line the entire aisle of the barn. Each horse has a place to store boots, blankets, and tack in an organized fashion. This keeps the aisles clean and clear of clutter.
Notice the beautiful arches beyond the tack storage? They frame the pristine indoor arena.
The arena features dust-free footing. It’s conveniently attached to the barn (stalls are on the right beyond the arches). and has an outdoor entrance as well.
The arena is well lit and has large fans for extra ventilation.

The horses have ample pasture and covered sheds to protect them from the outdoor elements. The sheds beautifully match the main barn.
King also built a three car garage for the residents.
