Enter the Jackson Hole Ranch, a newly constructed private equestrian facility in North Texas, recently completed by Rafter P Construction and outfitted with premium horse stalls and equipment by American Stalls. This custom-designed barn seamlessly blends contemporary craftsmanship with classic Western architectural elements. From its meticulously planned layout to the use of high-quality, durable materials, every aspect of this state-of-the-art equine facility has been thoughtfully considered to meet the specialized needs of both horses and their owners.
Inside, the barn houses five stalls, a feed room, tack room and wash stall. Built with climate in mind, the barn is designed to keep it cool during the summer. Primarily composed of stone, metal, and HDPE Lumber, the barn is built to last. It also features a sizable overhang on all sides to provide extra shade and shield the barn from the elements.
Upon entering the light filled barn, you’ll notice the cohesive color scheme. The light stone and metal interiors brightens up the barn when it’s flooded with sunlight.
The center aisle is lined with 1-3/4″ thick black Rubber Pavers, providing a cushioned, non-slip surface. Rubber pavers are a hygienic, easy-to-maintain choice for the barn.
The barn features five 12′ x 12′ stalls, four of them are equipped with hinged, arched stall fronts. The beautiful full mesh design promotes airflow and allows visibility into the stalls. These stall fronts ensure longevity and easy maintenance, built with heavy-duty 2″x3″ steel tubing for the arch and HDPE lumber for durability. The rectangular yoke opening allows horses to socialize while maintaining safety.
The high ceilings and overhead fans circulate the air throughout the barn.
The stalls all feature a Stall Mattress System, providing unparalleled comfort and joint support for the horses. These mattresses make cleaning more efficient and reduce bedding usage. The stalls are also equipped with Bedding Blockers to prevent shavings from spilling into the aisles when the horse leaves the stall.
The barn incorporates HDPE Lumber throughout the stall fronts, partitions, Dutch doors, and barn entry doors. This material is virtually maintenance-free, easy to clean, and built to last, ensuring the barn remains beautiful and functional for years to come.

These beautiful and functional rooms with heating and cooling feature built-in storage options to maximize space, minimize clutter and allow for day to day tasks to be accomplished with ease.
The tack room utilizes wall mounted saddle racks and floor to ceiling cabinets for storing additional tack and equipment.
Inside the feed room, grain bins pull out for ease during feeding time. The stairs lead to extra storage on the second level.
Outdoor Runs
The four stalls feature Dutch doors, designed for both practicality and style. These open up to individual outdoor shaded runs that are also equipped with fans.
