Previously a sizable storage building, this barn is now perfect for horses.
When the Rosser family purchased their beautiful farm in January of 2021, they realized a large storage building would be perfect for the horses. Jessica Rosser sold her hunter horse seven years ago to allow their daughter to pursue her riding, she shows in the children’s pony hunter division. Jessica’s husband Jeff enjoys trail riding on his Tennessee Walkers. The property is located in Paris, Kentucky, just outside of Lexington which has plenty of shows and riding opportunities nearby.

The space was previously used to store contractor equipment for the previous owner. The exterior of the pole barn is dressed up with cupolas, gray trim, massive sliding doors and landscaping. The space is functional and everyone loves the airflow the barn receives.
They ordered their stalls from RAMM Fence and Jeff installed them in April of 2021. RAMM was easy to work with and everything was delivered in a timely manner. These are the Cambridge Horse Stalls from RAMM.
There are currently five stalls inside the barn with plans to add two more stalls in the future.
The barn’s open floor plan offers room for built-in storage within the space.
The wide aisle is lined with interlocking rubber mats from Tractor Supply.
Thoughtful Exterior
The barn’s exterior features cupolas, floor to ceiling sliding doors and is decoratively landscaped.
The two-toned white and gray colors pop against the open skies and surrounding scenery.
A little greenery and plants go a long way.
