Take a closer look at a thoughtfully planned equestrian facility.
Situated in upstate New York, this timeless equestrian complex was designed in 2004. The project was completed in 2006 by King Barns for their private client. The massive courtyard style, center aisle barn has 28 stalls, a dedicated farrier stall, 2 tack rooms, 2 feed rooms, 2 laundry rooms, 2 trunk storage rooms, 2 utility rooms with bathrooms, an office, 4 wash stalls and 2 grooming stalls. The property also houses a coordinating indoor arena, garage/storage building and an outdoor riding arena.
The entire barn structure is a hip roof style building which leaves plenty of room for hay and bedding storage. The stable’s individual wings feature stalls on each side, connected in the middle with common spaces including the tack rooms and wash stalls.
The stone and shingle barn features dutch doors for the horses along with thoughtfully designed cupolas and detailed windows. The brown and earthy tones areĀ surrounded by meticulous landscaping.
Every detail was carefully planned with this beautiful barn, right down to sourcing these stunning horse head door latches.
The large sliding side doors leave room for deliveries and/or vet/farrier access inside the barn.
The Barn Interior
The barn has 27 12’x12′ Loddon Supreme stalls and oneĀ 14’x12′ stall inside. Rubber pavers are installed throughout the center aisle for safety and aesthetics.
The center of the barn between the two wings of stalls houses a cozy and well-appointed barn lounge.
The outdoor arena.
Indoor Arena
The indoor arena is 90’x 228′.
